Recently, we have seen a spotlight cast on the subject of job planning for consultants from both NHS England and NHS Employers. Despite this recent activity, many consultants across the country have unanswered questions and concerns about their job plans, and the impact they have on their working life.

The BMA job planning webinars - presented by members of the BMA's consultants committee officers and negotiations teams - have been designed to share information about how the job planning process works, and areas of your contract some consultants might not even know exist.

Our 20 January webinar is exclusively open to LNC chairs, to equip you with the tools you need to advocate on behalf of your colleagues.

Over the course of these free sessions, we will:

- Share a presentation, looking at common misunderstandings around job plans and difficulties arising from the job planning process
- Host a Q&A session where the panel will answer your anonymous queries
